Delivery Time

Items will be shipped out in the following business days after you have checked out. In general, it may take about 3-5 business days for delivery, depending on the different delivery means you select. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and deliverable.

What's the differences between Brazilian virgin hair, Peruvian virgin hair, Malaysian virgin hair and Indian virgin hair?
The differences are more apparent in the hair's reaction to water, heat or air drying. For longer lasting curls on any of the hair, it is recommend to roller set hair with a hair setting lotion.
  • Malaysian Hair - Malaysian hair at first can appear excessively shiny but after the first 2-3 washes the shine lessens considerably to take on a more natural appearance. Curls will not loosen or drop with time but maintain their form for the entire day. No product isrequired to maintain the curl. Malaysian hair is also softer and silkier in texture than Indian hair.
  • Indian Hair - Indian hair tends to dry into a beautiful wave which ranges from a slight wave to very wavy, although it straightens and curls very easily.
  • Brazilian Hair - Brazilian Hair is silkier and shinier in texture than Indian Hair. The Straight textures are not bone straight but tends to curly beautifully at the end. This hair holds curls very well and tends to hold curls longer than Indian Hair.
  • Peruvian - Peruvian Hair is a little coarser and thicker in texture than Indian and Brazilian hair. It blends well with normal African-American relaxed hair textures and medium Caucasian hair textures.The curly texture becomes more curly when wet or washed.
How long does the hair last?
All hair in our shop is 100% virgin human hair, which can last for over one year depending on how you mantain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it to last longer.
Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?
Your hair extensions can tangle due to dryness, oil and dirt build-up, salt water, chlorine and not combing (wide tooth comb) out your hair daily. Make sure to wash and condition you hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help.
Why the colors of hair extensions do not seems exactly as the pictures show or description says?
Different monitor have different display. And every time, maybe the same color No. will have a little color difference because of the source hair texture. Eveyone's hair grows in a different way. Please ask a help from the hair dresser for the colors code as the international color pattern says.
How to distinguish human hair from synthetic hair?
Human hair has natural protein. It is easy to tell by burning and smelling: Humanhair will be ash after burned, which will go away after pinching, will smell foul. When burning, the human hair will show white smoke. While synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning and will show black smoke.Moreover, human hair may have very few gray hair and split ends. It is normal and not a quality problem.

Why do the waves get down after several times?
Because it is full cuticle Virgin Remy Hair without any chemical treatment, all the curls and waves are made by steam processing, the shape will not be kept as long as the chemical treatment one, but this full cuticle Virgin Remy Hair can be used for a very long time and it is healthy since all the cuticles in the hair are in the same direction, while the chemical treatment hair can not be used as long as full cuticle Virgin Remy Hair, but the shape can keep longer and might hurt your health.

Care and Usage

Can the hair be ironed, straightened or curled?
Treat the hair as if it is your own. Use a flat iron, straightener or tongs when fitted, but as with your own hair, never use hot tools too often as you could dry the hair and it will not last as long.
Can i dye color on the hair?
Yes.The hair can be colored. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighter the hair. We recommend to dye darker, not lighter since the hair extension has been processed and colored, it is difficult to fade the original color. Improper dying will ruin the hair.
Can I wash & blow-dry the hair extensions?
you can wash them as you would your own shampoo and conditioner. We also recommend using a hair treatment on them every few weeks, because the hair is not attached to your scalp, it is not getting the oils it should be. Using a treatment/hair mask will need to wash your extensions too much, about every 3 weeks. The extensions can be blow-dried on low setting, but it is not recommended to do it too often. It is best to let your hair extensions dry naturally after washing them.
What kind of hair care products should I use?
Treat this hair just as if it was your own hair.
  1. Use good quality shampoo and hair conditioner to care the hair; It is important to keep the hair soft and shiny.
  2. You should use gel or spray styling products to keep the hair style.
  3. Olive oil will be a good choice to keep the hair healthy.

Yes, you can choose the paypal option and you will be asked to fill in your credit card information to fulfill the transaction.
What will I be charged for shipping?
Shipping and handling charges vary greatly depending upon the value of the materials and craftsmanship of the piece and its final shipment destination. The shipping and handling rates are clearly posted in each item's description and are non-negotiable. Please consider this when placing your order.
How long will it take for my item to reach me?
Please note that business days, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays, are calculated in terms of delivery period. In general, it takes about 3-5 business days for delivery.
I have bought something but seen it at a different price on your website.
As an online business we act much faster in adjusting our prices in response to trends, stock and demand from customers. It's our general view not to refund the difference.
How can I track my shipment?
We ship your purchase before the end of the next business day after you have checked-out. We would send an e-mail with the tracking number so you can check the progress of your delivery at the carrier' website.
What should I do if my shi pment never arrives?
Please allow up to 10 business days for your item to be delivered. If it still does not arrive, please reach us by clicking the "Contact Us" button on the website. We will get back to you quickly.
How do I ship items to a different address?
During our checkout process, please specify where you want your purchase shipped. It can be different from your credit card billing address. You may specify any ship-to address.
Can i get my money back if i want to return goods?
Surely you can get your money back if goods were returned, please click to know our Refund Policy.
Do you guarantee delivery time?
Because the post office handles your shipment,we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.However,we will give you an idea of when the package will arrive.We suggest you to make orders 4 days in advance thus you will have sufficient time for shipping.
Is there any hidden charges to my order?
Basically, the final amount you will pay is just the price of the product plus shipping(if you choose a paid shipping). Sometimes, because of the exchange rate of currency, when the payment finally cleared through the bank, the total amount will be a little different to the price of the product, but its only less than 0.5% of the total price.
What if my order delivery was delayed?
We definitely will deliver your order in time under normal circumstances. While, shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
Why did my payment fail?
If your payment for an order has failed, please check it is not due to the following situations:

Card security code failed Please note that an incorrect card security code could cause payment failure.

Card security code is the short numeric code on the back of your credit card. Please verify that you have entered the correct card security code and try again.

Insufficient fund If you meet the insufficient fund error log when you make payment by credit card, please make sure that you have sufficient funds in your account and that payment for your order does not exceed your credit limit. Please also make sure you have used a Visa or MasterCard personal credit card to finish payment, because at present debit card or business card is unable to be supported.

Exceed limit Please make sure the order amount does not exceed your credit card limit. Or the payment is unable to go through smoothly.

I can't track my order using the tracking number provided. What can I do?
If you can't track your order using the tracking number provided:
  1. Please contact the supplier to confirm whether they have provided you with the correct tracking number. Please also check if they have changed the shipping information. You can contact the supplier using our instant messenger tool, chat with us or click contact us to send us messages.
  2. Please contact the shipping company to confirm if the order was dispatched. Sometimes shipping companies take 1-2 days to update new delivery information on their website.
How can I cancel my order?
If you decide to cancel your order you can contact our customer service department and they will assist you in doing so.
Why was my item/order canceled?
